Pre-Decimal Machins 1967 -1969
UM = Unmounted Mint. VFU = Very Fine Used
The Machin Definitive, designed by Arnold Machin, was first issued on 5th June 1967 to replace the previous Wilding Design.
These original issues were pre-decimal; but the Machin design has spanned many decades, and can be found on X-Values, Y-Values, U-Values, and on the most modern V-Value Machins.
