Albany Rewards is your gateway to a range of rewards from discount vouchers to early access for new and exclusive products, all designed to make your philatelic experience excellent.
All you have to do to be eligible for these rewards is sign up for our newsletter. Each time you make a purchase, Albany Rewards checks your total spending over the past 12 months and rewards you accordingly.

Albany Rewards VIP Club - Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Albany Rewards VIP Club! By participating in the Albany Rewards program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to understand how the program works and your rights as a participant.
1. Eligibility
Albany Rewards VIP Club is available to UK residents and residents of the countries listed at the bottom of this section..
To join the Albany Rewards VIP Club, you must sign up for our newsletter and be a customer of Albany Stamps. If you unsubcribe from our newsletter at any time, you will also lose acces to Albany Rewards VIP Club.
The Albany Rewards VIP Club is open to individuals aged 18 years or older. By participating, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Businesses or organisations cannot participate in the Albany Rewards VIP Club unless explicitly permitted by Albany Stamps.
Eligible countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Canary Islands, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland Republic, Israel, Italy, Japan, Republic of Korea (South Korea), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United States of America/
2. Membership Tiers
The Albany Rewards VIP Club has four membership tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
Your membership tier is determined by your total spending on Albany Stamps' website within the last 12 months:
Bronze: Spend £50 (UK) or £100 (Overseas) in 12 months.
Silver: Spend £200 (UK) or £250 (Overseas) in 12 months.
Gold: Spend £400 (UK) in £500 (Overseas) 12 months.
Platinum: Spend £1,000 (UK) or £1,250 (Overseas) in 12 months.
3. How It Works
Tracking of Spending: Your total spend is automatically tracked when you make a purchase through your registered account on our website. The total amount spent in the past 12 months determines your tier level.
Membership Review: Each time you make a purchase, Albany Rewards will review your spending over the last 12 months. If you qualify for a higher tier based on your spending, you will be automatically upgraded.
Demotions: If your spending in the last 12 months falls below the threshold for your current tier, you may be moved to a lower tier.
4. Rewards by Tier
The benefits of each membership tier are detailed on this page above.
When you are promoted or demoted to a different tier, your rewards will immediately switch to those of the new tier, and access to any rewards available to you on the previous tier will be automatically terminated regardless of whether you have used them or not. This includes £ discount vouchers which have gone unused.
Rewards are not cumulative, and the rewards available in lower tiers will not be available to you once you have been promoted to a higher tier.
If you make a purchase which causes your 12 month cumulative spend to increase by two or more tiers at once, you will skip the benefits in the intermediate tiers.
5. Voucher Terms
All vouchers issued through the Albany Rewards VIP Club are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Vouchers can only be redeemed on purchases made through the Albany Stamps website.
Vouchers may be subject to a minimum spend requirement.
Vouchers must be used before their expiry date. For vouchers provided on a monthly basis, these vouchers expire at the end of the calendar month and do not roll over to the next period. For vouchers provided on a one-off basis, the standard validity period is 30 days, but may be extended at the discretion of Albany Stamps.
Only one voucher may be used per transaction unless otherwise stated.
6. Free Delivery
Free delivery is available as part of your tier benefits and may be subject to minimum order requirements.
Free delivery offers are only applicable to standard shipping methods and exclude expedited or special services unless otherwise stated.
Free delivery for Overseas customers in the Bronze, Silver and Gold Tiers is not applicable on bulky items including Year Packs, Year Books, Souvenir Books and PHQ Cards.
7. Returns and Refunds
Extended return periods are available to Gold and Platinum members.
Gold Members: 28-day return period.
Platinum Members: 40-day return period.
All returns are subject to our general Returns Policy. Returned items must be in original condition and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
8. Exclusivity of Offers
Platinum members are entitled to early access to new products and exclusive access to special products.
Any early access or exclusive product offers will be communicated directly via email to eligible members.
9. Modifications and Termination
Albany Stamps reserves the right to modify or terminate the Albany Rewards VIP Club at any time, with or without notice.
In the event of termination, any unused vouchers or benefits associated with your membership will be forfeited.
Albany Stamps may modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. It is your responsibility to check for updates to these Terms on our website.
10. Account Information
It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact details and account information are up-to-date. Any failure to do so may result in missed communications or the inability to receive your rewards.
Albany Stamps will not be responsible for any lost or misdirected rewards due to incorrect contact information.
11. Abuse of Program
Albany Stamps reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership in the Albany Rewards VIP Club if we determine that you are abusing the program. Abuse includes, but is not limited to, attempting to earn rewards through fraudulent means, multiple accounts, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
12. Privacy
The Albany Rewards VIP Club is subject to our general Privacy Policy. By participating in the loyalty program, you agree that Albany Stamps may collect and use your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to the Albany Rewards VIP Club shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
