Albany Stamps News September 2014

Welcome to the September 2014 edition of the Albany Stamps collector e-newsletter.

In the past month we have added plenty of new stamp issues to our shop site www.albanystamps.co.uk covering folded and bar coded stamp booklets, First Day Covers, miniature sheets, commemoratives and definitive. So it is worth revisiting areas on the site.

Next GB stamp issues to be aware of:

The next set of commemoratives on the 14th October 2014 commemorates key British Prime Ministers of the past 200 years. The stamps feature elegant portraits of eight influential holders of the office with 4 x 1st and 4 x 97p stamps. The 1st class stamps show Margaret Thatcher, Harold Wilson, Clement Attlee and Winston Churchill. The 97p stamps show William Gladstone, Robert Peel, Charles Grey and William Pitt the younger.

This months featured future Society Stamps Fairs & Auctions:
